Islamic Punishment for Rapists

The Misconception That "Rape Happens Due to Clothing"
Some people argue that "rape happens because women wear revealing clothes." However, this assumption is flawed because:
Children are also raped, even though they wear innocent clothing.
Women in modest attire, including hijabis, have been victims of rape.
Even animals are subjected to sexual violence, despite having no clothing!
This proves that the real cause of rape is the rapist's corrupt mentality, lack of moral restraint, and absence of deterrent laws.
However, both extremes in argumentation are wrong:
One group blames women's attire as the sole reason.
The other promotes the slogan "My body, my choice," ignoring moral consequences.
Both perspectives are misguided.
Islam maintains a balance
Women are instructed to dress modestly,
while men are commanded to control their gaze.
Conclusion
To eliminate rape from society, Islam is the only viable solution, because:
Rapists are given severe public punishments.
Modesty and gender discipline are maintained.
Pornography and moral corruption are eradicated.
Religious teachings instill fear of God.
A society based on piety (Taqwa) is established.
If Islamic law were implemented, the rape rate would approach zero.
Rape cannot be eradicated merely by legal amendments; instead, Islamic principles must be established in the mindset of society. Islam remains the only system that can effectively prevent rape.
